Bought a top-loading Samsung washer in April 2019. It was great. A year later, it stopped working. I called Boss as the washer had a one-year warranty. We bought it on April 13 and I called them on April 16. They said they would honour the warranty. They sent out a technician the following day. Unfortunately, the washer was displaying an error that was not repairable. Boss said not a problem and provided us with a comparable replacement (it ended up being an upgrade from our original purchase). I was disappointed the washer didn’t last so long but was very satisfied with the customer service and follow-up! From the service at the showroom to the guys at the warehouse, definitely recommend it.

We bought a fridge and electric stove from them. Great price and outstanding service. Jimmy and Alan are fantastic and know the products well.

I have bought many appliances from these guys over the years and will continue to do so! Their prices are always good. It is 'scratch and dent' however, everything I've bought from there you wouldn't even notice. As they're in the back, on the side etc. If it's so bad they call the manufacturer and replace the piece entirely!

The number one reason though I come back is their customer service after the fact. They covered me a few times to make sure things were right and I couldn't be more happier!

Hopefully, I don't have to see them too soon, but when I do need to, I look forward to it!

Great service/assistance, decent prices. A bit limited in selection (mostly Samsung), but they do a lot of volume and know their stuff.

Allan gave excellent advice when we were selecting our appliances a few years ago. Can't beat the prices! We bought a Samsung trio (fridge, stove, dishwasher and are super happy with the products!

Recently my husband broke the freezer door. We called Samsung Parts and ended up with some bits that didn't work so I emailed Jimmy to ask his advice. He hooked me up with the correct parts with quick, simple communication. He showed me pictures over email so I could match the ones that were broken, rather than referring to part numbers. It was a quick and simple fix but we couldn't have figured it out without help and guidance from the great team at Boss. I recommend them to friends and family all the time :)

Great value on appliances, and great service! I was able to be in and out quickly when I needed to purchase a dishwasher on short notice when our older one died. The new Samsung dishwasher we bought ended up having a small issue right away after it was installed but I called the guys at Boss and they had their repair guy Jay out to my house very quickly 2 days later. Jay diagnosed the issue and was able to have the correct parts the next day and the dishwasher works like a dream. Really happy with the whole experience, and especially happy with the after-sales service. I also want to commend Jay on his fantastic communication. He called when he said he would, and he showed up when he said he would, which is not very common in the service industry. Thanks!
