Bought a top-loading Samsung washer in April 2019. It was great. A year later, it stopped working. I called Boss as the washer had a one-year warranty. We bought it on April 13 and I called them on April 16. They said they would honour the warranty. They sent out a technician the following day. Unfortunately, the washer was displaying an error that was not repairable. Boss said not a problem and provided us with a comparable replacement (it ended up being an upgrade from our original purchase). I was disappointed the washer didn’t last so long but was very satisfied with the customer service and follow-up! From the service at the showroom to the guys at the warehouse, definitely recommend it.
