I will recommend and have many times recommended for people to go see Jimmy at Boss before looking for their appliances. They may not have everything you need when buying a full appliance package but if you can find pieces you need from him you will save a ton. But it's really that he's an honest sales guy and doesn't BS you. I even brought a Samsung cooktop to him as he's an Samsung repair guy and fixed it with parts he had at a very honest price. Go see Jimmy !!!

Zero pressure, knowledgeable and honest. In 2026 that's pretty damn hard to come by. If you want the typical grease ball sales pitch shop elsewhere, otherwise this is your place.

Bought our Samsung Stove 10 years ago and never had a problem until recently. Called Boss hoping for a repair referral but instead they diagnosed the issue, arranged for a repairperson and two days later the stove was repaired. Great service and Khushwinder Sekhon the repairperson was friendly and efficient.
