Bought our Samsung Stove 10 years ago and never had a problem until recently. Called Boss hoping for a repair referral but instead they diagnosed the issue, arranged for a repairperson and two days later the stove was repaired. Great service and Khushwinder Sekhon the repairperson was friendly and efficient.
