I love this store! I am not going to lie, I was a little put off by the 'buy it or don't' attitude that some speak of. I came to realize it makes perfect sense! They could easily spend an hour with each customer just hovering ... showing you gas ranges when you want electric, showing you fridges with an ice maker inside when you want one that is external, showing you basic dishwashers when you want one that is super quiet, and so on. You know you and what your needs are, if you have any questions, they are always around, just not over your shoulder, which is awesome!

They don't waste your time, or theirs, which is a win for everybody. As far as the comments about arranging your own delivery, well hell yes! Again, you know your schedule. The delivery people (who are lovely) would spend more time on the phone, going back and forth between you and Boss trying to arrange a delivery, than they would actually be doing deliveries ... that is not a win for anyone. Much better, and way more efficient for you to speak directly to delivery, and schedule it yourself. And the biggest reason I love this store is the prices, they can not be beaten! I bought all the appliances for my suite from them and came back a year later to replace the fridge in our house.
