I had the pleasure of speaking to Jimmy, who I assume is one of the owners on the phone last week as I was trying to buy a new fridge to replace one in my tenanted rental. After speaking with him about the issues of the fridge, he suggested to send a tech out instead to analyze and fix the problem. Luckily it was a very minor fix, and they ended up charging me $179, I saved over $1000 by not purchasing a new fridge. It's very rare to find an honest person in these types of industries these days so I definitely appreciate how Jimmy does business. Would highly recommend him and his company and will definitely use them again.
