Though I've had nothing but issues with the refrigerator I purchased, the post-sales service I've received has been amazing. Can't blame them for a defective unit...for that I blame Samsung. But the many issues have allowed me to get great insight into how well these guys treat their customers post-sales. Each time I call up with an issue the repair guy (Jay who is also fantastic) is out the next day. Top notch customer service all around. Five stars, two thumbs up...what more can I say. The best
